UX Researchers at TransUnion are the ones who bring sound business, experience strategies and the best design solutions to the table. While everyone is responsible for being human-centered, we turn to our research partners as our guide to bridge the business needs with the consumer’s needs and wants. As our design practice grows, we want to be able to bring in believers, dreamers, thinkers and validators with passion and dedicate to not only research but to inspire the business around them to embrace the idea behind it.
You will work across multiple projects collaborating with designers, developers, product managers, and business executives to show the value behind research, what it can do, and why it’s important. Working directly with the Design Leads you will develop test plans, conduct research, synthesize findings, make workshop agendas, and create actionable outputs within an agile environment.
You’ll be part of a growing Experience Design team that’s responsible for crafting the next generation of consumer credit monitoring, identity theft, and personal finance applications.
You’ll work with Product Managers to analyze business requirements and user stories to scope creative and front-end needs
You’ll be pulled into many different directions for the company in order to expand the research discipline.
You’ll have exposure to some of the best design communities in Chicago
