An Insider's view of Saggezza

What are some social events your company does?

Saggezza's commitment to culture and camaraderie shows in its event calendar. In addition to regular happy hours, interactive parties (once with piñatas of the CEO & COO), team v. team outings, and potlucks - every US employee is flown to and boarded in Chicago for our annual US holiday party.

John

Senior UX Researcher

What kinds of technical challenges do you and your team face?

Unstructured data is growing faster than structured data. It is quite challenging to get the unstructured data parsed and extract important information to use for key business insights. Our clients are not equipped to manage this challenge, so my team is brought in to help them become data-driven organizations.

Veera

Assistant V.P. - Data Practice

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I started here 4 years ago as an associate business analyst. I immersed myself in the culture and studied my mentors, who encouraged me to take on difficult projects. My career progressed to senior level, then project lead, and now a delivery and client success manager. The support system here has helped me quickly adapt and succeed in my career.

Beth

Client Service Manager

How does the company support your career growth?

Saggezza has provided me the ability to take charge of my career trajectory by affording me an opportunity to actively collaborate with team members about the projects to which I contribute. This has allowed me to continue growing in the latest technologies and to remain engaged in areas which I am passionate about

Sean

Senior Manager
