VP of Growth Design

We're looking for a Vice President of Growth Design to lead and grow our interdisciplinary Growth Design Team of strategists, designers, and researchers at Kalderos. The Growth Design team fuels our organization's disruption of the healthcare industry through data to identify, prioritize, and plan growth initiatives, drive product and service innovation, and create organizational alignment towards our growth goals.
What impact you'll have:
Propel company-wide growth: Partner closely with senior leadership to develop, implement, and measure the performance of a company-wide growth plan to drive innovation and revenue growth.
Drive our focus on customer experience: refine and focus our customer experiences to continuously improve the value that our products deliver and build loyalty across all stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem
Assure cross-functional alignment: Partner closely with other leaders in the organization to prioritize growth and product initiatives assuring that growth is central to everybody's job
Deepen our customer intimacy: leveraging data gathered throughout the organization and user-centered research methodologies, to clearly define our user needs and be a consistent advocate for solving
Build our Growth Team: recruit, train, and lead a world-class team capable of delivering growth outcomes
What you'll bring:
- Experience working within technology-focused organizations to actively identify and drive growth outcomes through creativity, collaboration, strategic thinking, and leadership
- Experience with business model innovation and moving from initial opportunity definition, to clear strategies and concept development, to launching new products or services in market
- Ability to balance driving business growth, solving customer problems, and creating magical customer experiences
- Experience defining and measuring the most meaningful growth metrics to drive business value
- Proven leadership with a background in building world-class teams
- Proven results through B2B & B2C growth strategies that expand revenue or product adoption with existing and new customers
- A 100% focus on customer experiences through our customer growth loop; including acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
Set yourself apart:
- Experience working within an early-stage or fast-growth company
- Knowledge of and experience with applying design thinking and human-centered design methodologies
- Experience within the healthcare, healthcare tech, or fintech
- Experience developing growth strategies for platform/technology companies
- Knowledge of financial modeling, market sizing, and other skills required to identify, prioritize, and articulate compelling market opportunities
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field (advanced degree preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in growth-related functions, with clear and measurable examples of the impact you have made on the growth of an organization
Due to the circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, Kalderos has decided to protect our current and future employees by shifting to an entirely remote workforce. We will continue to operate, interview, onboard, and work remotely.
