Web Designer
Are you passionate about creating data-driven, informative and delightful digital user experiences? Sprout Social is looking for an experienced Web Designer to join our in-house design team, to work closely with the marketing team and take ownership over improving the usability of our marketing website. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Director of Web Strategy and front-end developers to define and maintain a library of user-centric patterns and standards to be used across our digital experiences.
We are looking for a highly strategic and conceptual thinker with a deep knowledge of interaction design patterns related to web and mobile design. While you have an eye for elegant UI, you specialize in user experience, information architecture, interaction and usability. You have experience in user research and testing and are comfortable translating qualitative and quantitative research findings into actionable design solutions. While you enjoying pushing creative boundaries, you are also driven by the desire to continuously optimize pages to increase conversion and do not grow weary creating iterations of similar concepts. You have experience designing experiences across impactful conversion pages like pricing grids and sign-up forms.
