NA Content Publication & Syndication Manager will be a change agent responsible for driving utilization and adoption of Product Information Management and Digital Asset Management Systems to ensure it is the source of the most accurate, complete and up to date information for our customer business teams, Commercial, Marketing and digital commerce teams across MDLZ.
Additionally, s/he has accountability of building the collaboration with the business stakeholder and the Data management transformation teams to adopt digital enabled processes and solutions, providing the necessary support, leadership, and resources to test, validate and implement change requests and continuous improvements initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders (Customer Business Teams, Sales, Marketing, CS&L and Digital Commerce) to understand ongoing product content and digital asset requirements to build an efficient PIM & DAM landscape roadmap, optimized for different syndication channels and customer portals.
- Design, lead and execute a comprehensive PIM/DAM data quality management & integration initiative by collaborating closely with the Global Transformation, Data Quality and the Data Governance teams.
- Lead a cross-functional team to identify and bridge the gaps between existing publication, digital content, PLM and MDG teams to ensure the data is remediated and synchronized across the multiple platforms, with the goal to identify and gain agreement on the single version of truth across Mondelez data ecosystems.
- Advocating the utilization of PIM platform and enhancing the solution by identifying opportunities and must have business/data requirements with technical teams.
- Establish and enforce data standards to maintain consistent, accurate, and up-to-date product information in the respective systems that includes PIM/DAM/1WS and Salsify.
- Regional SPOC for all project requirements involving Data Asset Management (DAM) from Marketing and Digital commerce. Uplift the team to proactively Champion activities to correct all missing artwork, packaging images, assets and marketing content for the BUs.
- Ensure internal and external stakeholder satisfaction through effective understanding and working knowledge of the GS1 and Food Safety requirements.

- Knowledge of Master Data operations & how master data are leveraged to create business outcomes
- Proven experience partnering with Digital Commerce/R&D/Brand Management/Marketing/Commercial teams in delivering internally master data services and externally digital product data to customers across most demanding markets
- 5+ years of professional experience in business processes operations, with relevant experience in Master Data Management & process transformation, ideally in the consumer goods industry
- Experience in master data roles in large global/regional teams including direct team management.
- Experience in working across functions with ability to interact effectively with and be credible with Senior leadership
- Experience in PIM/DAM/GSDN solutions and/or other product data solutions.
- DAMA certifications and SAP S/4 knowledge is a plus
- 4-year degree
