Digital Marketing Specialist (Hopkins, MN - Hybrid, or Remote)

- Support the execution of marketing campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
• Assist with email campaigns, landing pages, and campaign workflows that capture and nurture leads
• Support digital marketing initiatives including webinars, email programs, and promotional campaigns
- Help support programs that generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
• Assist with lead segmentation, campaign tracking, and CRM integration
• Help maintain lead nurture programs that guide prospects through the marketing funnel
- Use AI tools to support campaign development, marketing content creation, and analysis
• Help develop repeatable workflows that improve marketing efficiency
• Evaluate new AI tools that support marketing productivity and performance
- Help manage Digi’s corporate social media presence including LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
• Draft and schedule posts promoting products, events, and company updates
• Monitor engagement and track performance metrics
- Maintain campaign data including audience segments and campaign tracking
• Support marketing dashboards and performance reporting
• Help identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Interest in marketing technology platforms and AI tools
- Interested in AI-driven marketing, marketing automation, and digital campaigns
- Enjoys combining creative marketing with data and analytics
- Curious about new marketing technologies and interested in learning how AI can improve marketing effectiveness.
- Exposure to marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp
• Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools or generative AI platforms
• Experience using Google Analytics or marketing dashboards
• Experience supporting social media or digital marketing initiatives
- Hands-on experience executing AI-assisted marketing campaigns• Experience working with marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations• Exposure to modern AI-driven marketing workflows• Mentorship from experienced marketing and demand generation leaders
