Reporting to: Head of Practice

Estimated Start: January 2026

Location: On-site in New York City, New York | Dallas, Texas | Boca Raton, Florida | Bloomington, Indiana

Compensation: We are open to hiring candidates in our various office locations across the United States. We also receive applications from, and hire, candidates with varying levels of experience for example those who have a few years experience in a role to those who are looking to make a step up. The salary ranges on our job postings are set so as to account for these variable factors with decisions on the salary to be offered only made once we know the experience and location of our new hire.
Work Authorization: Must be legally entitled to work in the United States

What's the role 

As a programmatic practitioner, ultimately you will be accountable for ensuring work for clients is delivered to standard, being the point of escalation as required. You’ll take the lead on specific scaled initiatives that benefit the entire practice. Working closely with the Head of Practice, you’ll manage resource effectively and get involved in new business too. You’ll adopt technology to advance delivery and augment the practice capabilities through process optimisation.

What you do

  • Using your deep-practice knowledge you will use your decision making  latitude and work independently to deliver highly successful campaigns. 
  • You’ll effectively plan, deliver and measure  campaigns ensuring high-impact returns for clients. 
  • You’ll develop and implement, as well as follow guidelines and processes. 
  • You’ll actively lead and develop  the programmatic best-practice roadmap so that our offering is continually developing. 
  • You will act as a senior point of escalation for clients, working to ensure that work is delivered to standard and on time.
  • You'll play a key leadership role of Brainlabbers in the practice, growing capability and knowledge to help deliver for our clients.

Who you are

  • Strong programmatic delivery knowledge and 6+ years of experience. 
  • Demonstrable success in optimising programmatic campaigns and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development. 
  • Developing understanding about how channels work and optimise together. 
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients.
  • A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning. 
  • Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you.
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated.

  • Internal targets/metrics on technology adoption and process optimisation met.
  • You will hit our quality assurance metrics on all campaigns you lead. 
  • Client satisfaction targets being met (internal & external).
