 We are looking for a senior data product leader to join our EDW organization.  In this role, you will be responsible for managing the data needs for business lines, adoption and accuracy of existing products and developing new BI solutions. We expect you to have exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills.  We need you to be a problem solver who is creative in conceptualizing and defining innovative data opportunities. You are a self- starter with the ability to manage and deliver through ambiguity. You are a strong leader who can build consensus across multiple constituencies and lead cross-functional teams. You are client-focused and collaborative, yet willing to take a stand and push back when appropriate. Come and work with us if you possess these skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive BI and DW product strategy and execution.

  • Collaborate with the stakeholders to ensure the EDW developments are aligned with the business needs.

  • Create business cases for new product development to achieve sponsorship

  • Lead the prioritization and resource planning process.

  • Develop PRD and the technical specifications for new features.

  • Define and implement strategy to empower users to leverage data through training, documentation, self-service tools etc.

  • Minimize randomization through regular communication with key stakeholders.

  • Be the voice of the customer

  • Be a thought leader and work with the executive teams to define KPIs.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in computer science or equivalent with substantial directly related work experience required

  • 8-10 years of program and product management experience is required.

  • Knowledge of dimensional modeling and reporting solutions.

  • Strategic thinker with deep business acumen and an intuitive mind who can provide a holistic approach at integrating disparate pieces of information and synthesize recommendations.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, to enable effective communication with all levels of the organization.

  • SQL skills are a must

  • Experience working in Teradata & Tableau environment

  • Knowledge of Hive/Hadoop is a plus

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, and work with teams in different time zones (US, UK, India)

  • Familiarity with MPP systems are preferred, but not required.
