Your Responsibilities

So is this role right for you? Here are some examples of what you might do on a typical day:
 

• Actively contribute on calls and in meetings where client requirements and challenges are discussed
• Proactively identify stability issues or risks with our platform or services to minimize downtime
• Conduct and write SQL queries to diagnose an issue in a large dataset
• Develop custom reports to address a need or request from a client
• Respond to urgent break/fix issues, such as an API failure

Your Qualifications and Skills

The most essential requirements for us are a positive, can-do attitude, technical savvy, and a willingness to learn, but you should also have about three years of work experience and working knowledge of these skill sets:
 

• SQL (Oracle PL/SQL preferred)
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Bring these essential skills with you, and we’ll teach you about APIs and help you understand our web services environment, which primarily uses Rest, SOAP, XML, and JSON. If you know about these things, awesome! If not, it’s not a deal breaker for us.
