As a member of the Trip Enrichment team, you will help create new insights on Arity’s telematics data at an unimaginable scale. You will be an innovative thinker, an expert communicator, and an agile problem solver looking to join an exciting team. You will utilize cutting edge technologies to deliver software solutions within Arity’s cloud environment. Success candidates can learn and adapt quickly and use every tool at your disposal—software, algorithms, statistical models, and beyond—to understand and effectively tackle hard problems.
- Participates in iteration planning meetings ensuring that the team has a common understanding of each story in a team’s backlog
- Participates in daily standups and other SCRUM standups
- Participates in retrospectives to gather feedback and derive actionable items to improve the team
- Participate in executing the strategy, keeping the customer needs and wants in mind
- Collaborates within the team in designing systems and apps
- Practices daily paired programming and test-driven development in writing software and building products
- Establishes continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines and practices
- Provides support for software products in user environments
- A college degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or similar field, including a solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals
- Strong understanding of computer science concepts and object-oriented design principles
- Knowledge of developing software in different programming languages, and demonstrated ability to quickly learn new languages
- Knowledge and experience on approaches and tools for automated testing and monitoring

The salary for this level position is $80,000 - $113,500. The salary offered is commensurate with experience.
