Associate, Software Engineer
Duties: Design, develop, and implement Lockbox data capture in Brainware for the Wholesale payments. Propose technical solutions for improving Lockbox operational efficiency to improve business critical systems and processes. Actively contribute as Subject Matter Expert with stakeholders for release planning and deliveries. Configure confidence metric for extracted documents and learning algorithm to increase efficiency of interpretation of contextual information from image and document-based data processing over 1 million documents annually. Configure the perceptive intelligent capture verifier to increase the accuracy of batch extraction. Drive the rollout of continuous integration and delivery in the Agile team. Build business case for enhancements and scheduling for implementation. Responsible for Productivity Central application and identify and resolve breaks per compliance Engage with stakeholders for release planning and deliveries. Implement the test pyramid strategy with unit, functional and integration tests. Define the product strategy with agile practices and backlog refinement. Manage application maintenance ACAs and decommission for user tools/ applications. Coordination of the planned book of work delivery/roadmap.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum experience required: 5 years of experience in OCR processing and Lockbox processing, or related experience.
Skills required: Experience in programming languages including C#. Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL. Experience with Software Testing Tools including Micro Focus LoadRunner (formerly known as HP LoadRunner), Selenium and Cucumber. Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment platforms including Jenkins and Maven. Experience with Brainware OCR Technologies. Experience with NUnit, and Junit. Experience with VB Script and HTML. Employer will accept any amount of professional experience with the required skills.
