The Role

Our consultants’ partner with internal teams across the globe and with client teams to deliver game changing solutions in the most dynamic industries. However, there can be no differentiated client experiences without flawless cross functional execution. We are therefore looking for a driven technologist who thrives in a collaborative environment. This person will collaborate with the leadership team to influence the program management office, production capabilities and technology model for the US business.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Sales:
  • Assess the underlying technical environment within an organization and identify risks and opportunity areas to make recommendations on how to achieve long-term scalability, reduce operational cost, or better support business processes
  • Evaluate IT and technical development processes for best practices and levels of maturity
  • Formulate projects and strategies to support the client’s investment thesis, key risk mitigation, and long-term technology-based initiatives
• Project Management:
  • Demonstrate thought leadership for project development and optimization across the organization.
  • Facilitate executive conversations regarding budget, resources, schedule and risk.
  • Oversee project initiatives related to quality, methodology, expertise, and tools for our Customer Delivery organization
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders
• Technical Thought Leadership:
  • Demonstrate expertise in designing technology solutions through system integration and application development

What You Will Definitely Need

• Deep knowledge and understanding of technology development including full stack, end-to-end knowledge across multiple software development languages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of collaboration within an organization to enable success.
