ClubExpress is looking for a Customer/Technical Support Person.

ClubExpress is a Software-as-a-Service Internet platform focused on clubs and associations, and especially smaller organizations run by volunteers (hobby and enthusiast clubs, leisure and sports clubs, professional and trade organizations, social clubs, parent groups, community service clubs, fraternities and alumni clubs, chambers of commerce, homeowner and condo associations, political groups, religious groups, and membership-based businesses.) We've been around for 15+ years, through multiple product releases. The product is stable, reliable and secure. We're profitable and growing.

We're looking for someone to join our exceptionally talented team and help customers use the product, configure and build out their websites and databases. Questions will come from club or association administrators who need to know how a specific feature works. They may also come from club or association members who need help logging in, registering for an event, renewing their membership, making a payment, etc.  We need someone with good organization and communication skills who is comfortable doing telephone and web/email-based support, and who is interested in growing with the company into more responsible roles. We especially need someone who is comfortable with technology and the Internet, learning how to use the features of our platform so that they can communicate this knowledge to our customers.

Location is Schaumburg, Illinois, near the intersection of E Golf Rd and I-290. Compensation includes base salary plus bonus based on the individual's and company's performance. We provide a qualified retirement plan and group medical insurance plans.
