Responsibilities

• Monitor dashboards, alerts, logs and reports to identify data anomalies across thousands of data sources. 
• Investigate potential anomalies and alerts to identify any underlying issues and root cause.
• Escalate identified issues to appropriate engineer, devops and customer teams
• Monitor and Report on all customer errors 
• Identify ways to efficiently detect and correct potential data quality concerns and escalate them to the relevant teams
• Determine root cause for data quality issues through metrics and logs
• Create and maintain reports detailing manual and automated operational process performance for development and operational managers
• Create dashboards/alerts and monitor dashboards on data quality
• Setup data anomaly detection
• Collaborate with Customer teams to improve visibility of data health
• Participate in a 24/7 on call rotation
