ReviewTrackers is the rapidly-growing customer feedback platform trusted by tens of thousands of businesses around the world. We are seeking another DevOps Engineer to join the team.  This individual will be working on tooling for our developers, building and maintaining the health of our CI/CD pipeline, automating scaling of our production system as we continue to grow (we have good traction and ambitious scaling goals in the next couple months/years), continuing to build out monitoring and alerting and much more!

What you bring:

  • 1.5+ years of experience working in DevOps theory/principles, including CI/CD, SRE, Development Workflows, and Monitoring/Observability
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience with Docker & some Docker orchestration tool (Swarm, Kubernetes, etc)
  • Familiarity with Linux
  • Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) 
  • 1+ years working in Python
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferred: Experience with cloud-based security tooling (IAM, secret stores such as Vault or AWS Secret Manager, etc)

Location

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
