Job Duties

DevOps Engineers for Chicago, IL location. Create and maintain software application infrastructure automation frameworks. Create automated software tools to operate and monitor Cloud infrastructure. Create and develop Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CICD) to support new software applications. Perform software enterprise integration, and containerize software applications. Test and troubleshoot deployment frameworks. Develop software tools to improve software product release cycles. Maintain environment deployment configuration. Leverage and apply artificial intelligence to the environment and the applications. Technical Environment:  Shell Scripting (Python, Ruby), CICD pipeline tools (Hudson, Jenkins, Gitlab), Java, Python, J2EE, SQL, MySQL, WebLogic, JBOSS, Tomcat, Linux, Solaris, Maven, deployment frameworks (Chef, Puppet), cloud tools (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), VersionOne, Salesforce, Jira, Microsoft Planner, Source code management tools (SVN, ANT, GitHub).

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or Computer Engineering plus two years of experience in the job offered or with software development required.
