About the Team:

Rally Coaching is an early-stage health engagement and live coaching support platform using live 1:1 video coaching (among other things) to help members improve their health and well-being. The platform provides support to members with programs such as smoking cessation, weight loss, and digital therapeutics. You will report to the Sr. Director, Engineering.

You Will:

• Provide expertise and technical mentorship to take the existing applications to the next level as our business is undergoing growth
• Supply technical hands-on mentorship while working towards the team's engineering strategic goals
• Work with the Coaching Leadership team in managing projects while partnering with opinion leaders in across Engineering, Product and other diverse teams
• Provide additional structure to our growing organization
• Set product strategy and achieve several large-scale projects within multiple requirements

You Have:

• Experience managing technical local and remote engineering teams
• Excellence in leadership; team building and people management skills
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical role or the equivalent experience
• 7+ years of relevant hands-on SW Development experience in web or mobile device applications
• 3+ years hands-on technical lead/ direct management experience
• Advanced coding abilities and experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications (i.e. Java; Scala; Swift; Docker)
