In this role: Are you an established leader with a passion for people, an understanding of the entire software development lifecycle, and a passion for technology? Clearcover is on the lookout for a strong mentor and coach who will be our next Director of Engineering. You’ll spend your days fostering a high-performing engineering culture, owning the quality, scalability, security, and performance of Clearcover systems, applications, and integrations, building measurable goals and meaningful relationships with your teams and stakeholders. A successful Director of Engineering understands how to best motivate a team, can give great advice, and has a strong internal compass. You should have years worth of experience in software design and development, leading multiple high-performing engineering teams, and strong expertise with languages like: Ruby, Java, TypeScript, Kotlin, .NET, and Scala.
