What You'll Bring
Experience with design, deployment & support of network access control technologies (802.1X, RADIUS) for wired and wireless networks at an enterprise level. Sound knowledge of PKI.
Strong networking background with experience using Cisco products (Switching, ISE, Firewalls).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
Conceptual & practical understanding of IT infrastructure designs, technologies, products, and services. This should include knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), databases, encryption, and other technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
Assessment, design and implementation of data and secure networking environments
Creates technical deliverables including network assessments, capacity planning, detailed design documents, implementation plans, configurations, and change orders
Ability to demonstrate technical knowledge and consultative skills
Strong communication skills
Three to five years of experience and certified proficiency with Cisco networks or other industry leading NAC systems (like Forescout) including configuring and supporting routers, switches
In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF)
Impact You'll Make
5+ years of networking experience, including configuring, analyzing & troubleshooting complex environments
2+ years of working in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
1 year of tier 3 support experience.
2+ years of experience working on projects with Agile methodologies.
Strong knowledge of IEEE 802.1x network authentication.
