In this role: Are you a stickler for quality, with high standards and the ability to coach and grow successful teams? If so, you’re just the kind of person we’re looking for. Clearcover is on the lookout for an Engineering Manager—Quality Lead with strong attention to detail, who asks great questions, is able to lead teams like a pro, and believes in providing the highest quality product possible. You’ll spend your days providing good development feedback, leading 1-2 cross-functional teams of talented engineers, fostering a collaborative environment, while helping to ensure quality across all Clearcover applications and products. A successful Engineering Manager—Quality Lead is a great leader who is able to provide end-to-end performance testing guidance and oversight. You should have proven expertise working in an agile software development environment, be able to drive innovative testing solutions within a complex environment, and drive quality metrics to improve customer satisfaction.
