Front-end Software Engineer - Full-time - REMOTE (U.S.)

Primary Responsibilities

• A B2B ecommerce platform for retailers of the food industry
• A B2B digital platform for suppliers of the food industry
• A top-tier virtual marketing show experience built entirely online
• Charity hackathons and contributions to "Make Lives Better"

Essential Functions

What you’ll be doing:

You will be developing software in an agile environment that enables our business to run more efficiently. This role provides the opportunity to test new tools and implement your ideas. Your focus will be on the front-end but you may be pulled into projects where you will dive into other areas of our tech stack. Downstream, you will have the opportunity to explore products and solutions that have Machine Learning and AI components. This is a collaborative environment where you will learn from others while having your voice heard.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude

What you bring:

• Frontend or full-stack development experience. We use Angular, but experience in React will also be considered.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with hands on experience in development and testing phases of the development life cycle
• Relational database experience with data modeling, reporting, query optimization, indexing a SQL Datastore (these are nice things to have)
• Experience with .NET Framework
• Understanding basics of cloud-based architecture (AWS preferred, but Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud experience is good too)
