Who You Are
Are you interested in building complex web applications using cutting edge technologies like ReactJS and GraphQL? Do you want to gain more experience on full cycle of software development from technical design to implementation and testing, and deployment and CI/CD? Do you strive to maintain high quality code?
Come and join us as a Full Stack Developer II, you will work in a highly collaborative team of software engineers and data analysts to build web applications that make the call center a better place.
- Solve complex technical problems
- Design and break down a high-level problem space into smaller, measurable, and incrementally deliverable tasks
- Maintain web applications and implement new features
- Contribute to automated test suites at all levels of the test pyramid
- Assist with deployment and CI/CD
- Write technical documentation
- Review teammates code in a merge/pull request format
- Provide mentorship to junior software engineers
- Collaborate with other team members to solve problems creatively
- Excited to learn new technologies in the industry
Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Programming, or another related field
- 2-4+ years of experience in web application development
- Experience with ReactJS development
- Experience in JavaScript development
- Experience in TypeScript development, preferred
- Experience with GraphQL, preferred
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience with common testing framework/libraries for web-applications: unit, functional and e2e. (e.g., Cypress, React-testing-library, cucumber, mocha/chai)
- Experience with continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools: Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes, preferred
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of front-end and back-end development
- Knowledge of standard software design patterns
- Experience working with software engineers in a highly technical environment
- Experience with source control at Git
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
