Full Stack Engineer    |    Full Stack Engineer II    |    Senior Full Stack Engineer

Position Summary:

The Full Stack Engineer will join the Enduvo Engineering Team and take part in creating world class AR/VR capabilities for our training and educational platform.  They will work closely with the development team, partners, marketing and product management.

The Full Stack Engineer will support the development of Enduvo’s AR/VR authoring platform and be challenged to build lasting, scalable solutions for our customers.  They will be responsible for designing and implementing features for front-end and back-end web applications.

Enduvo Tech Stack consists of:

React, Node.js, MongoDB, AWS Cloudfront, AWS S3, AWS EC, Git, Jenkins, Microsoft Azure

You Take Ownership of:

• Developing web platform software for Enduvo working closely with teams responsible for Unity/Unreal, Android, iOS and various cloud platform services
• Serving as a resource to the engineering team in all aspects of web and client applications
• Developing, testing and documenting full-stack applications and end-to-end features of our product
• Working with our marketing, product and UX team members to create solutions
• Performing architectural, design and code reviews that improve software development quality
• Developing front-end user experiences and integrating digital assets into web and Unity applications
• Writing, updating and maintaining platform and software packages, design workflows and import models
• Building test framework and workflow procedures to speed team development
• Evaluating devices and third-party libraries for cross platform deployments
• Implementing systems from technical designs with clean, well-commented code
• Creating and driving better metrics and monitoring initiatives to gain more insight into the behavior and use of our product by customers

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
• 2 - 7 years of experience in software development (depending on level)
• 2 - 7 years of experience designing and building web applications (depending on level)
• 2 - 7 years with one or more JavaScript SPA frameworks:  React,/Angular/Ember (depending on level)
• 2 - 7 years of back-end experience using technologies such as Node, Java or C# (depending on level)
• Experience building and maintaining GUIs using ReactJS/NodeJS, HTML, & CSS to provide usability to business operations data
• Experience with authentication and authorization in the cloud, including access token and secrets management, Single Sign-in, and OAuth
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, containers and microservices
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages such as Ruby and PHP
• Experience with API & REST API integrations for large-scale social platforms
• Working experience in design, development and implementation of highly scalable, high-volume software systems and components, and distributed client-facing web applications
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodology and project tracking tools such as Jira with an understanding of Git, Gitflow and Git version control
• Location:  Chicago preferred, but open to other locations

Preferred Skills that Set You Apart:

• Experience with AR applications, SDK development and integrating cloud services
• Knowledge of Oculus Go/Rift/Quest, VIVE and/or SteamVR platforms
• Experience with software development, IDEs and testing tools (e.g. editors, compilers, linkers, desktop simulation, configuration and requirements management tools)
• Experience with projects that integrate with Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI)
