Our Vodori Interactive team builds unique custom web applications for clients in the Life Sciences industry, often integrating with our own Pepper Cloud platform. We're looking for versatile and collaborative engineers who are eager to teach what they already know, and who jump at an opportunity to explore new territory.

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll work with Vodori engineers, consultants, and designers to plan, architect, develop, and support a wide variety of custom software products. You’ll most likely have 2-5 years of software development experience and a strong background in Java or similar backend languages. We expect that you'll also have experience with either or all of Node.js, Vue, Angular, React, or similar frameworks.

In this role, you'll delve into new subject matter every day, and you'll have the opportunity to introduce us to new technologies and approaches that can help make our team, our projects, and our clients as successful as they can be.

Within 3 months, you will…

• Learn Vodori processes, technologies, and lingo
• Implement features in client projects using Java and Javascript frameworks
• Participate in technical project planning and estimation
• Build relationships with consulting team members while learning about our client industries
• Bring excitement to the table around doing things in new and innovative ways

Within 6 months, you will…

• Be responsible for planning, scoping, design, and implementation
• Host company-wide technology discussions and education sessions on the subjects that excite you
• Navigate Vodori’s stack and infrastructure fluently
• Provide technical guidance on client feature development

Within 12+ months, you will…

• Provide technical leadership on complex client projects
• Continue building skills in a technical track
• Maintain a focus on quality development work
• Train and mentor your peers
