The primary focus for the Full Stack TypeScript Engineer will be to maintain and build the tools that allow us to deliver our products to more people.  This engineer will work in a highly collaborative team within the Product & Engineering vertical building software of the highest quality, and develop deep understanding of our technical products.

What will you do as a Full Stack TypeScript Engineer?

• Work closely with Product to spec out the technical aspects of a feature from inception through delivery
• Own TypeScript feature development, ensuring tracking/analytics are instrumented and your work meets the agreed upon acceptance criteria
• Continuously improve front and back end codebases
• Write acceptance, integration and unit tests
• Be involved and conduct small to large scale architecture discussions when necessary.
• Collaborate with other back-end engineers on various architectural decisions

What do you have as a Full Stack TypeScript Engineer?

• Extensive and thorough knowledge of TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of NodeJS and Express
• Strong knowledge of functional programming
• Experience working with API service-based architectures and RESTful APIs
• Experience writing tests at various layers
• Experience with database modeling in Postgres
• Experience with ReactJS
• Experience with building, deploying and operating technical components of sizable complexity. 

Nice to haves as a Full Stack TypeScript Engineer:

• Experience with fp-ts and io-ts libraries
• Experience testing TypeScript with Jest
• Experience working remotely
• Experience investigating data bugs throughout the stack
