We are searching for an Implementation Lead to join our rapidly growing team. This person will lead multiple client engagements - actively implementing our solution and orchestrating timely delivery across internal and external stakeholders.   If executed correctly, our clients know you and our company as dependable partners who planned effectively, delivered elegantly, and provided the training and support necessary to independently operate the solution.  We are looking for a person who is excellent at gathering details from clients and internal delivery teams, thrives at configuring our systems to delight, and craves the accountability for delivering it on time/budget.    

An Implementation Lead at Cohesion is consummate player coach who sets the game plan, calls the plays, and scores multiple goals for the team. The right candidate is highly self-driven, steps forward to face adversity (technical, scope/timeline commitments) and radiates confidence to the team, our clients, and our leadership. This person reports to the Director of Product Implementation.

What You Will Do:  

• Responsible for the on-time delivery of SaaS products US-based commercial real estate  

• Ensure world-class service to Cohesion customers. 

• Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and development efforts with both the internal engineering and solutions team to manage implementation projects on time and on budget. 

• Work with internal/external customer teams to assess business and implementation risks, guide the technical integration process, assist with technical problem solving and manage internal resources to resolve various customer issues. 

• Be responsible for reporting on the health of your customer(s)’ projects and satisfaction as a key part of the customer’s overall success measures. 

• Have sufficient technical competence to talk shop with the best of them. 

• Deeply understand Cohesion’s products; deliver products tailored to client needs/environment 

• Build & document processes that can be used to expedite our implementation process 

• Master new technologies, ideas, and execute against complex, strategic initiatives. 

• Manage complex implementations and identify ways to improve user experience on the platform. 

• Demonstrate strong customer and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives, working collaboratively with the Customer Success Manager to ensure the customer realizes value from their overall investment in Cohesion 

• Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing the expectations of our cross-functional partners. 

• Continuously improve operational workflows and help scale product delivery across the breadth of Cohesion customers. 

• Demonstrate a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results on time; able to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment. 

Required Qualifications  

• 3+ years of work experience in implementing technology products in a technical role 

• Experience in a SAAS company in an implementation/client facing role 

• Proficient in using common integration tools/software: SQL Postman and Swagger  

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills 

• Experience resolving and communicating about issues with both technical and non-technical audiences 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

• Proven experience in prioritizing competing demands in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment 

• Experience in delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery 

• Experience providing leadership & influence without authority, role, or position  

• Flexibility to work from home, on local client sites (Chicago), and travel (10%)
