Full-time position at KINEXON Sports & Media (Chicago, IL or our head offices in NYC, NY):

Responsibilites:

• Independent analysis, coordinating and resolving incidents and service requests as 2nd level support

• Installing and configuring our Hard-and Software components

• Working closely together with internal and external service partners

• Coordinating and executing maintenances and updates to client systems

• Conducting independent optimizations of processes and systems

• Establishing and maintaining processes and conducting system documentations.

 

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies as IT Specialist / IT System Technician or a similar education + 2 years of

work experience. Alternatively 5+ years of work experience.

• Experience in IT Operations with a strong focus on customer service

• Good knowledge of Linux – with a focus on analysis and configuration

• Knowledge of networks and the equivalent configurations is a plus

• Experience using Jira and Confluence

• Strong capacity for coordination, as well as an analytical work method

• Highly service and client orientated

• A team player with strong communication skills

• Willingness to work flexible work hours (e.g. event support)

• Excellent English skills, German knowledge a plus.
