SMS Assist, L.L.C., IT Team Lead - Quality Assurance, Chicago, IL – Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Participate in the design, development, and implementation of test standards as well as QA procedures to maintain high levels of software quality and product reliability utilizing QA experience with knowledge of established QA practices and the software development life cycle. Collaborate closely with development teams to diagnose issues, resolve defects, and ensure that product releases follow project specifications for Agile with Scrum methodology. Create automated and manual test plans and scripts to execute for assigned projects. Contribute to the planning process, establishing tasks and forecasts for Quality Assurance in an Agile environment. Responsible for auto testing tool such as selenium; data base such as MySql and MongoDB; # language.

Applicant must possess a Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Technology or in a related field and 2 years of QA experience with knowledge of established QA practices and the software development life cycle and Project Management. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience in: 1.) 2 years with QA experience with knowledge of established QA practices and the software development life cycle; 2.) 2 years with Agile with Scrum methodology; 3.) 2 years with Quality Assurance in an Agile environment; 4.) 2 years with auto testing tool such as selenium; 5.) 2 years with data base such as MySql and MongoDB; and 6.) 1 year with C# language.
