• Identify, maintain, and enhance algorithmic trading strategies and business opportunities for our high-frequency (HFT) market making team.
• Analyze trading performance, financial time series data, proprietary software, and algorithms with statistical modeling techniques.
• Proprietary model construction, back-testing, maintenance and improvement of proprietary trading methodology.
• Collaborate with other Traders, Quants, and Developers to understand, maintain, and improve our electronic algorithmic trading systems.

What You'll Need
 

• Team player: work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Ability to write and implement statistical ideas in Python, R, Matlab, Q (kdb), or related language
• Bachelor or Master's degree with strong academic results in a STEM-related program
• Proven interest in monetizing statistical patterns across global markets
• Ability to manage risk and think clearly under pressure
