TITLE: Lead Cybersecurity Analyst

DUTIES: DFS Corporate Services LLC seeks Lead Cybersecurity Analyst in Riverwoods, IL to participate in developing policies to identify and protect content while in use, in motion and at rest. Develop, maintain or enhance workflow around DLP program. Participate in continuous tuning of policies and ensure tools and capabilities are functioning correctly. Participate in process automation to ensure capabilities are functioning in an acceptable manner. Perform troubleshooting of issues that arise with alert generation and coordinated resolution. Assess data security risk and apply or recommend controls to manage risk. Work with end users of various levels from business and technology teams across the DFS enterprise to resolve any Data Security observations. Review existing processes and drive enhancements. Review technical controls of data repositories, document and participate in remediation activities. Work with various security teams to understand technical efficiencies as well as inefficiencies with tools used, assess risk and outline requirements to drive enhancements that impact Data Security program success. Promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and practices.

REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: managing end to end information security and technology audits; analyzing information system security risks and proposing remediation measures; communicating security gaps and negotiating remediation measures to ensure compliance with information security best practices; and participating in privacy compliance including PCI DSS, GLBA and HIPAA privacy standards.
