In this role: Are you creative, fearless, and easily able to turn complex technical ideas and concepts into reality? We’re looking for a natural coach and Lead Java Engineer that can translate complex technical concepts into high-level designs, understands how to work and mentor teams in an agile environment, and help Clearcover hire the best engineering talent around. You’ll own and operate large sections of software and systems like a true pro, write unit tests, be a star influencer and integral part of the development team, and guide production monitoring and resolution impacts. A successful Lead Java Engineer is a whiz at both software development and deployment, has experience with monolithic applications, can design, build and test web services + APIs, has a sharp understanding when it comes to REST, Service Oriented Architecture, OAuth, Basic Authentication, and PCI. You should be a natural-born leader and coach, who is a seasoned SQL veteran, with a creative, fierce attitude to work in a fun, challenging, and fast-paced environment. Sound like you?
