In this role:

Are you the type of person who’s obsessed with making sure that things are done right, down to even the tiniest details that most people don’t notice? If so, then you’re just the type of person we’re looking for. Clearcover is on the lookout for a Lead Quality Engineer who will be laser-focused on ensuring our products are being built with the highest quality possible, is able to quickly grasp concepts and program requirements, and can work cross-functionally with ease. You’ll use the depth of your incredible expertise to lead and guide teams in defining and refining test strategies, innovate and improve existing test suites, participate in design, code, and test case reviews to provide thought-provoking, actionable feedback, and much more. A successful Lead Quality Engineer will be an obvious leader with the ability to powerfully mentor and train quality engineers, have next-level analysis skills, years of experience in using business requirements to define test cases, an ability to work in an agile environment testing modern web applications and API’s, with a knack for planning and organization. You should have experience developing and maintaining automated tests and frameworks, plenty of experience with scripting, with a lot of natural curiosity and multi-tasking ability mixed in.
