Lead Software Engineer, Full-Stack

ClearCut Analytics is looking for a highly-motivated, talented Lead Software Engineer to join our fast-paced company and growing Development team. The Lead Engineer will play a key role in our company’s growth through building highly scalable systems and building a high-quality product that serves ClearCut’s clients’ needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, loves collaborating to solve a wide variety of challenges and interesting use cases. This role will report to ClearCut’s Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product.

Responsibilities

• Write high quality code in C# .Net and other object-oriented languages that is easy to maintain and test
• Leverage the Microsoft technology stack to solve difficult problems using technology and tools
• Collaborate with other members of the Development team to brainstorm, design, and implement new solutions
• Understand and develop business process & requirements as it pertains to development within the ClearCut Analytics Portal
• Interface with business users and Product team to ensure that implemented solutions satisfy business requirements and are delivered in a timely manner
• Design and automate various jobs to minimize the manual efforts
• Fix production issues and maintain the code as needed
• Address system issues as they related to performance, scalability, and reliability
• Provides direction and supervision across multiple teams to influence architectural decisions, technology selection, create scalable and sustainable solutions, and mitigate risk in the production systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS or equivalent work experience
• 7-10 years of professional experience developing software solutions, experience at SaaS company a plus
• .NET Framework 4.0 or above
• C#
• MS SQL
• Passion for writing high-performance, reusable code that will be used across ClearCut’s product
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow
