Let's define "Lead Software Engineer" as we see it. You love to and are great at:
- Computing, networking, storage, and database AWS services.
- Coding in Python or .NET / NodeJS / C++) and deploying to the AWS Linux environment.
- RDS Databases on Aurora/mySQL/PostgreSQL/DynamoDB
- API Gateway & AWS Lambda
- Creating API platforms using REST, experience with different styles or flavors (REST, GraphQL, Flat) a plus on API designs with microservices and Serverless environments
- Agile Development Methodology
- Unit testing, debugging, and documenting API or Source code.

What you bring to the team:
- Years working as a hands-on developer
- Desire to mentor developers
- You might have had one of these titles in the past: AWS Solution Architect / AWS Software Engineer / Senior API Developer
- Practical experience managing a sprint/task
- Hands-on experience (with most or all of these: API, REST, GraphQL, AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, NodeJS, Python, C++, Linux, PostgreSQL)
- Deep experience in AWS
- .Net is great, Python is better!
- Bring a good amount of the stuff listed in our definition of an Lead Software Engineer (above)
