Team Size: 4-6 people

Remote policy: Hybrid (2-3 days WFH per week)

Salary Range: 110k-155k

Full Job Description:

Milyli is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to help lead and mentor a team of engineers on the development of our enterprise legal software Blackout for Relativity. You will work alongside our Product Management and Engineering teams to help design and implement upcoming features for Blackout for Relativity.

Blackout is an automated redaction tool built to help our customers find and remove sensitive information from documents. Day to day you will work with the following technologies to help our customers ensure the proper removal of this sensitive information:

• .NET Framework 4.7
• ASP.NET MVC 5 / WebAPI 2
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Typescript / Vue.JS

Experience with all of these technologies is not required, but more is better.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Understand our users' business problems to best impact solution development.
• Guide the team in discovering the best possible approaches to building new software features throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor teammates through problem-solving, code reviews, peer programming, and other learning opportunities.
• Write usable, effective, and maintainable code and automated tests that you are proud of.
• Troubleshoot issues and solve problems alongside our Engineering and Customer Advocacy teams.

Your Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

• Significant professional experience with .NET Framework / ASP.NET MVC.
• Professional experience working with relational databases.
• Able to communicate complex technical issues and propose solutions for them.
• Experience with automated test design and tools for unit tests, automated API tests, automated UI tests, and others as needed.
