About the Team:
As Manager of DevOps, your role is to provide leadership and expertise on how we build, deploy and deliver software using the right tools and sound architectural solutions for internal and externally hosted applications on desktops, web servers and cloud services. You will work with senior leadership to develop the go-forward strategy and road map for engineering.
The Manager of DevOps will monitor, analyze, and predict trends for system performance, capacity, efficiency, and reliability and recommend enhancements to better meet client SLAs and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of DevOps engineers across remote offices
- Responsible for the continuous and on-time delivery of application releases supporting mission critical services
- Support and improve our tools for continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD). You can demonstrate measurable improvements in our delivery pipelines
- Responsible for the framework that provides the facility for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment for multiple initiatives
- Responsible for navigating cloud solutions, on premise solutions and hybrid solutions
- Responsible for infrastructure as code (IaC) tooling
- Build automated release pipelines that package, test and deploy code
- Build out and maintain a suitable tracking dashboards and metrics
- Collaborate with Architects, DevOps Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers and Engineers across the organization to deliver a comprehensive solution
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience Build/Release and DevOps combined for Saas/Web/Desktop applications
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- 3+ years working with CI / CD within Azure / AWS
- Experience with configuration and management tools (i.e. Terraform, Ansible, Salt)
- Experience in architecting, maintaining, and streamlining our automated build and release pipeline from code compilation, automated testing, to deploying releases to multiple environments
- You should be able to drive adoption of CI/CD, deployment automation, and release engineering standard methodologies
- Detail oriented and great problem solver
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changes
- Comfortable leading, making decisions, solving problems, and organizing work for a team
- Proven interpersonal abilities and able to gain momentum and build trust quickly
- Excellent at multi-tasking and able to handle competing priorities
- Experience with coaching, mentoring, motivating, and leading quality standards
