Systems Analyst: RXBAR is one of the fastest growing natural brands in the country. Our explosive growth is propelled by cohesive planning and flawless execution. To enable our business to continue growth at the current rate and beyond, we need to ensure our integrations ecosystem is evolving and being optimized to support the business. We believe that this role will be a critical component to setup RXBAR for long-term success.

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting and managing the day-to-day of integrations for the business, including troubleshooting errors and implementing continuous improvement projects. Through cross-functional collaboration, this role will enable accurate and fluid flow of information between each of our systems and those of our third-party partners.

General Functions + Responsibilities:

Tactical execution

  • Oversee and monitor the day-to-day maintenance and performance of all integrations
  • Own integration life cycle through design, build and test
  • Troubleshoot problems with internal business partners to collaboratively identify root-cause and solutions to any issue impacting our integration network
  • Proactively identify issues/business risks related to our integration network and lead initiatives to resolve and mitigate future challenges, including leading conversations with third parties
  • Participate in larger integration projects with new partners and data sources
  • Support and maintain integration for both production and sandbox environments while ensuring data integrity/cleanliness
  • Maintain documentation for all integration and business requirements

 Collaboration

  • Act as an internal integrations resource across the organization and with our third-party partners
  • Collaborate with key business partners
  • Possess intellectual curiosity to continuously learn integration enhancements and software trends to maintain competitive edge

 Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field of study
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with JavaScript and XML is preferred
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus
  • Familiarity with various integration methods, including SOAP, RESLET, JSON, API Integration, and Web services preferred
