This is a position within the QA engineering team working under the guidance of the QA Director, but closely with the development team. The QA Test Specialist must be a detail and process oriented, independent, self-motivated individual with a proven track record of experience testing software in diverse environments for multiple platforms. This position will report to the QA Director and will work in the El Dorado Hills, California office. This position will accommodate work from home or remote operation. Occasional office presence may be requested or required.

Join an elite team of highly skilled QA team members and play a key role in expanding and architecting Keeper’s QA mobile testing systems and test case management to deliver a high functioning and enjoyable user experience for the end user.

You are a top candidate if you:

• Have experience setting up and configuring test tools as needed to accomplish testing goals.
• Enjoy working with Jira and Confluence to process tickets and document work.
• Have experience with platforms such as Testrail to perform test cases management.

Requirements

• QA software and/or mobile testing experience
• Knowledge and understanding of mobile development (e.g. native, react native, hybrid, PWA, or web-responsive), APIs, and relevant tools and technologies
• Familiar with mobile emulator software (e.g. XCode, Android Studio)
• Knowledge of Jira is a plus
• Willing to learn how to deliver work iteratively and push goals to the finish line
• Ability to work collaboratively with a group of team members
• Strong problem solver with focus on code design, quality and architecture.
• Working knowledge of software development methodologies and tools including
• Experience with automated build systems, version and project control and issue tracking systems

Preferred Requirements:

• Basic Javascript knowledge
• Ability to work with command-line tools
• Knowledge of XCode and Android Studio tools
• Any automation platform for mobile applications
