Collaboration + Autonomy. Get the best of both worlds: Be part of an agile team (with a dedicated product manager, UI engineer, developers, and QA) while also being entrusted with autonomy when building out proposed solutions.

Design  + Innovation. Be part of designing the product solution (including objects, data model, architecture) and then work with the latest technologies to bring the solution to life while being empowered throughout the process to bring new ideas and technologies to the table. 

Quality Code + Skill Development.  All code developed by our teams is quickly and directly incorporated into our flagship product “ALIS” but that doesn’t mean we skimp on quality. We focus on performance and pay our technical debt as we go. We invest in individual developer skills through performing and participating in code reviews and peer programming sessions. 

Impact + Feedback. Experience the impact of your work - ALIS clients (and the internal client service teams) love the product and the humans that develop it.  See your work in action on a daily basis. 

Qualifications

• Experience coding fullstack .NET solutions (C#, SQL, JavaScript)
• Bachelor degree in computer science/engineering/equivalent or ability to demonstrate mastery of programming foundations from years of experience
• Passionate about technology, user experience and improving your skills
