National Tax Search (NTS) is a national property tax, flood and HOA service company providing diligent and accurate real estate data nationwide. NTS provides comprehensive commercial and residential property services to lenders, mortgagors, real estate owners, default & special servicers, originators, title companies, and attorneys. As one of the leading real estate data providers, NTS continues to expand its services to both commercial and residential clients who manage local and national property portfolios.

NTS is developing a series of new client-facing business software applications and seeks an experienced, motivated individual to fill the role of a Full Stack .NET Developer.

Responsibilities

• Perform full life-cycle development of new mission-critical business software applications
• Focus on non-functional requirements and ensure stability, scalability, efficiency and high performance of applications
• Develop new and maintain existing SQL Server queries and procedures
• Consult with the team and business users to analyze, understand, and automate business processes and needs
• Support and maintain an existing suite of custom .NET applications
• Participate in code reviews and Scrum meetings and use source control extensively
• Unit test newly developed software applications

Qualifications

• 3+ years of .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC, Entity Framework)
• 3+ years of SQL Server development (T-SQL, SSRS)
• Strong planning, organizing and communication skills
• Strong OOP skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
