What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, or a combination of work and educational experiences that demonstrates experience writing customer facing websites/applications
8+ years of direct experience functioning in a software engineering environment
8+ years of experience in application development (.Net C#) with exposure to high availability, data driven applications
Experience programming primarily in .Net (C#, WCF) with knowledge of Java (Java SE JDK 1.7 or higher, WebLogic Server 10.3.6)
Experience with relational databases (Oracle 12c) and SQL programming
Experience creating Docker containers and troubleshooting container problems
We’d Love to See:
Experience developing and consuming SOAP and REST web services along with a variety of security mechanisms for authentication and authorization
Experience with ReadyAPI 2.8.0 or higher
Familiarity with Splunk, Grafana and Spotfire for defect investigation/verification.
Ability to work with repositories in a team environment.
Agile methodology knowledge is a plus
Impact You'll Make
Primary focus is on .Net web services, Windows services and console applications.
Be able to work on a team to achieve a project objective while being a voice in providing solutions to difficult problems.
Be able to troubleshoot code, exceptions and connectivity issues, while being able to read error log messages related to the applications under test to support defect investigation.
Provide expertise and knowledge to teach technologies, patterns and practices to junior developers.
