FourKites is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Operations Team in Chicago.

You have a deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and you are a subject matter expert in its administration. You have supported an operational team that uses Salesforce to manage their day to day responsibilities. You are passionate about your work, self-motivated, detail-oriented and have excellent problem solving abilities. You will deal with highly ambiguous problems and help to find and implement simple solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet security requirements
• Design, develop, test, release, and maintain complex workflows rules, validation rules, formulas, custom workflow, process builder, page layouts, custom fields/objects, and other Salesforce.com customizations
• Support day-to-day use of Salesforce for end users and management
• Maintain Advanced Reporting/Dashboards
• Assist in the development and delivery of training materials to other Salesforce administrators

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years complex Salesforce.com Admin work, with a strong focus on workflow, process builder, validation rules, and system integrations
• 6 months to 1 yr of Lightning and Service Cloud experience in a production org
• Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
• Self-Directed learning, problem solving, and researching of system issues
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Ability to critically review feature requests and make alternate proposals as warranted.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization

Great Pluses:

• Experience with Gainsight and other Salesforce applications.
• Experience with Apex Triggers, Apex Class, VisualForce Page, VisualForce Components, Javascript, HTML, Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Process Builder.
• Experience implementing and maintaining communities
