Performance Engineer (AppDynamics)

Job Description

The Senior Associate, Capacity Management position is responsible for Capacity Planning and Performance Management of the Enterprise Payments Platform (EPP) within Business Technology. The Senior Associate will conduct capacity planning and performance reporting of EPP and legacy IT Production and Benchmark platforms. A primary accountability will be the development and configuration of the AppDynamics Application Performance Monitoring tool in support of all EPP Application Development teams.

This person is responsible for the setup and configuration management of the Application Dynamics Application Performance Monitoring software in support of Application Development teams. The person also produces Capacity and Performance Reports for Enterprise Payments Platform and Legacy Production and Benchmark environments. Also promote a risk-aware culture, ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processes.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in Computer Science or Business Administration/Management) or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years working in Technology (Infrastructure is preferred)
• 2+ years working with Analytics

• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems independently
• Technical and Professional Knowledge: Demonstrate a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; remains current with known issues and change management in areas of expertise.
• Communication: Must be able to clearly convey pertinent information to executive management.
