Our ideal candidate has

• 5+ years of software experience at a startup or technology focused company
• Strong expertise and talent in wielding Javascript
• Expert in incrementally stepping today’s architecture towards ideal architecture
• Excitement / expertise in single tenant, decentralized systems (with strategic centralized services: ex. authentication)
• Patience, wisdom and consistency as it applies to mentorship of engineers of all experience levels

What you'll be doing

• Taking on implementing the most technically demanding features of our platform.
• Code review of all significant front end and back end modifications.
• Mentorship of team to become better engineers.
• Development and documentation of front end and back end architecture.
• Coordination with CTO and VP of Tech Ops on major architectural changes and planning.
• Contributing to product teams within normal release cycle.
• Monitoring industry developments and determining impact and implementation within our platform.
• Practicing constant vigilance with respect to security and privacy.
