Responsible for managing an IT Security Operations group. Conducts performance management and career development processes, and staffing and disciplinary actions. 1. Serves as the senior cyber security operations representative for EMEA, providing direct support to EMEA IT Risk and IT resources at all levels. 2. Build and integrates a team of IT security consultants in operating in the EMEA region. Leads regional response activities for all IT security incidents in the EMEA region. 3. Responsible for hiring, performance management, and logistical support for consultants. 4. Serves as the primary coordination point for integration of security technologies and procedures into EMEA IT processes. 5. Provides direct support to the Director, STOA to represent IT security interest in the EMEA region. 6. Executes and oversees the execution of delegated IT Security Authorities, including the removal of access for contractors/employees, removal of IT assets, and blocking of cyber security threats. 7. Operates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business unit / function. 8. As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level. 9. Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult. 10. Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities. 11. Conducts performance management and career development processes, provides input for staffing and disciplinary actions and provides hands-on training to staff. 12. Develops periodic goals, organizes the work, sets short-term priorities, monitors all activities, and ensures timely and accurate completion of the work. 13. Provides input and support to budget management process.

A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required / preferred. Related Industry qualification (e.g. ACCA) is required / preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required. Highly flexible and adaptable to change. Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. PeopleSoft) is required. Leadership and organizational skills are required to develop periodic goals and to manage and motivate team members towards the goals set.
