Program Delivery Manager

We are searching for a Program Delivery Manager to join our growing team. This role will report to the VP of Product Implementation and work alongside a team of engineers. What you’ll do

• Act as program owner for all engineering projects from inception to completion including, but not limited to: resource management, time management, cost and scope management, quality and risk management and relationship-building with key stakeholders 
• Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving 
• Facilitate successful internal and external communications
• Gather, document and analyze client business objects and translate them into definite program requirements, use cases and success criteria
• Design success plans and manage programs/resources while maintaining a high level of customer service
• Provide scheduled status reports and facilitate program meetings for clients, stakeholders and internally
• Guides team in time estimating practices and facilitates team estimates
• Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance
• Work with the team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks
• Perform project postmortems and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity 
• Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow
• Maintain team data in project management software (i.e., JIRA, Trello etc.) to support estimates and execution

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of professional experience with at least 5+ years in managing multiple complex projects at the same time 
• Ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders to report on status of projects to executive leadership 
• Knowledge of basic information technology and cybersecurity concepts
• Experience in JIRA or Trello or other project management software 
• Understanding of technical architecture and Agile methodologies
• Strong project management skills 
• Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Superior organizational and time management skills

Desired Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
• Understanding of IoT platforms and devices
• High-level knowledge of Building Automation Systems and networks
