Responsibilities:

• Define quality procedures and monitor their implementation through local and offshore teams for Software and Content Campaign Quality, define standardized test plans and procedures, train teams on their adoption and adherence
• Define OKRs, KPIs for QA teams, manage to their execution, work closely with product teams to define and achieve sprint goals.
• Manage QA backlog/roadmap including defining resource constraints, forecasts, schedules, reports, and expectations around product quality.
• Attract, retain, teach, mentor and supervise both SDET and manual test staff.
• Own the creation and implementation of a best-in-class automation strategy across Outcome Health platforms (Android, Services)
• Define metrics to measure the performance of releases, build consensus with teams and hold the development teams accountable.
• Explore ways to continuously improve quality, delivery, and innovation of our processes and solutions.
• Develop ad-hoc product level testing in order to induce unintended failures and drive improvements in the design and/or manufacturing process.
  

Qualifications and Experience:

• 4+ years Software QA management experience
• 3+ years of experience working with outsource partners, managing and maintaining the quality and budgetary requirements
• 3+ years of Software Automation experience
• 2+ years programming in Java
• Experience testing iOS and/or Android mobile devices
• Experience managing agile processes (Scrum/Kanban) and a track record of leading high performing automation teams.
• Expertise in testing tools and bug/test case management software including experience in at least 3 of the following: JIRA, Charles, Confluence, Vertica/Python/SQL, Test Rail, Crashlytics
• Experience working with automation frameworks such as Espresso, Mamba, XCUITest, Selenium, Cypress, Rest Assured, SoapUI.
• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD processes (Jenkins preferred)

Travel may occasionally be required but will make up Other Duties
