Job Description
The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for the ongoing review and monitoring of customer quality via all forms of communication including phone, chat, and email. The Quality Assurance Coordinator ensures adherence to Avant procedures and regulatory policies and evaluates overall quality of the customer experience.
What you do at Avant:
- Perform phone, chat, and email quality monitoring
- Audit loans and payments processed for proper procedure
- Call calibration sessions
- Provide detailed feedback and respond to requests from management on a regular and timely basis
- Document all review findings in accordance with the quality program
- Take on additional projects and duties as needed
