We are looking for someone who is motivated to collect and interpret data that will be used to inform and coach. You will break down complex and ambiguous technical questions and provide clear answers in return. Through digging into data and working across teams, you will find opportunities for improvement for OppLoans.
As part of a dynamic and growing contact-center team, reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Reporting Analyst will provide direct and immediate data insights to the Quality Department and other essential departments including: Originations, Arrangements, and Strategy & Operations. They will be the expert of our Quality Management System and responsible for analyzing quality data from customer interactions to produce applicable insights.
- Produce quality assurance reporting and goal tracking to help management understand contact-center operations and customer behaviors.
- Format quality data insights to produce valuable visuals, charts and graphs.
- Create queries for a variety of performance, statistical, and ad hoc business reports.
- Pull and examine relevant information from different sources, including Five9, Ambition, Periscope and other business databases.
- Translate data findings into clear recommendations for upper management based on analysis.
- Partner with internal team members to recommend improvements with vendor relationships.
- Work with external quality management vendor partners to stay aware of vendor functionalities, features, and benefits.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years analyst experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access), SQL, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Experience with Periscope or data visual techniques
- Advanced data and statistics skills
