What we need:

We are seeking candidates that will be the main point of contact for client’s Salesforce environments and day to day needs. Candidate will be responsible for conducting QA for ongoing development, configuring workflows/process builder/automations, creating reports and dashboards, configuring apps, and adding fields to client portals. The candidate will be responsible for supporting Sr. Salesforce Consultants, and interfacing with the development team to ensure client solutions are delivered fully tested.

 

Please note that this is a technical role with previous Salesforce experience required in order to be successful. Candidates will be required to be located in Chicago and be in office as needed, with flexible work options and remote opportunity provided.

 

Familiarity with tools such as Pardot, Hubspot, Outreach.io, Docusign, and other common Salesforce integration partners is a huge plus!

 

What you would do:

  • Daily administration of Salesforce CRM systems including managing user setup, roles and security, customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts

  • Responding to client inquiries and questions about bugs, feature requests, etc. and triaging these for development or further solution design if needed

  • Manage scheduled production deployments as needed

  • Advance environment management processes by analyzing process bottlenecks and providing recommendations on process improvements

  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards within Salesforce CRM

  • Design, configure, and develop custom objects

  • Conduct client support calls and troubleshooting sessions

  • Serve as a Salesforce expert resource to others

 

Who you are:

  • Experience in Salesforce administration roles: setting up users, profiles, configuring reports, and base level functions of the platform

  • Excited to learn more about salesforce and how to leverage the platform to improve a business

  • You can take vague requirements or problems from people and work with them to understand the core of the problem.

  • Demonstrated personal responsibility, integrity and trustworthiness in previous roles and projects

  • Highly organized and on top of your projects and deliverables

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
